Regular domestic cleaning (hourly)
Regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning is charged by the hour, from around £19 per cleaner per hour in Manchester. Fortnightly visits take a little longer than weekly ones because more builds up between them, so the per-visit cost is usually a touch higher even at the same rate.
End of tenancy (per property)
End of tenancy is priced per property by size, not by the hour, so the team stays until it meets the check-out standard:
- Studio from £149, with carpet treatment from £179
- 1-bed from £169 (with carpet from £219)
- 2-bed from £219 (with carpet from £279)
- 3-bed from £269 (with carpet from £369)
- 4-bed from £329 (with carpet from £429)
Deep cleaning
A one-off deep clean is priced per property (from £149) or by the hour for smaller jobs (from £29 per cleaner per hour, £69 minimum). Because it reaches everything — inside the oven, behind units, skirting to light fittings — it takes longer than a regular visit.
Carpet, oven and other extras
- Carpet cleaning from £29 a bedroom, £49 a through-lounge
- Single oven from £59, double from £89; oven + hob + extractor from £99
- Upholstery: a 2-seater sofa from £49, a mattress from £29
What changes the price
Size is the biggest factor, then condition (how long since the last proper clean), frequency for regulars, any add-ons like carpets or the oven, and occasionally access — a fifth-floor flat with a booked service lift takes longer than a house with a driveway.
Hourly or fixed price — which is better?
For regular cleaning, hourly is normal and fair — you control how long. For one-off and end of tenancy work, a fixed price per property is better for you: no clock-watching, no surprise when the oven takes an hour longer than hoped.
Frequently asked questions
What's the average cost of a cleaner in Manchester?
Regular domestic cleaning sits around £19 per cleaner per hour. One-off jobs are priced per property — an end of tenancy clean runs from £149 for a studio to £329 for a four-bed.
Is it cheaper to book weekly or fortnightly?
Weekly visits each take less time because less builds up, but you have more of them. Fortnightly costs less overall but each visit is a bit longer. We'll quote both so you can compare.
Are there any hidden costs?
No — we confirm a fixed price against your property before you book, and the only extras are add-ons you choose (like carpets or the oven on an end of tenancy clean).
How do I get an exact price?
Send your postcode, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and what you need, and we come back the same day with a fixed quote.
